Adam Kuang
CEO


Adam Kuang, CEO, Bay Tech 360, Inc., brings more than 20 years of IT experience to the company.

Adam founded Bay Tech 360 to provide the highest professional level of service to small businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout the U.S.

He is responsible for research and planning, deployment and configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for Bay Tech 360 customers nationally.

During Adam’s tenure of about a decade as IT Manager for software developer and Autodesk value added reseller (technical educator and support services provider) Ideate, Inc., he oversaw all of the IT needs for five office locations in three states, inclusive of VOIP, servers, firewall, and desktop support. Previously, for five years he served as SFSU Foundation, Inc. IT Manager where he was responsible for oversight on an 800 user network. Adam has the following certifications: A+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, and MCSE Messaging.

Santhosh NK
Lead Support Manager


Santhosh has more than 12 years of technology experience and started his career within the manufacturing industry.

He worked for many manufacturing companies implementing complete IT infrastructure from scratch including designing, planning & implementing routing, switching, firewall, server room setup, windows servers, VMware, disaster recovery and security.

Santhosh has led a team of people in implementing ERP Systems for the manufacturing sector. In addition to the above, he is specialized in SAP ERP, VMware, Cisco and Microsoft. He is ITIL certified and also has certifications from Microsoft.

Rajesh Haridas
CTO


Rajesh has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry.

Early on during his career, he worked on security and access control systems for military installations. Later on, he worked in the Engineering and Advanced Services team at Cisco for more than a decade.

Rajesh has designed and implemented Unified Communication System for large enterprises during his Cisco days. His role at Kaiser Permanente and other consulting engagements with healthcare providers gave him exposure to the technology needs of the healthcare industry. Rajesh specializes in Cisco, Microsoft, Aruba, and Oracle products. Rajesh has attained the highest levels of certification and recognition, such as CCIE and several other certifications.

Rajesh is also the co-author of the Cisco Publication entitled Cisco IP Communication Express. He has delivered technical presentations and been on technical panels at several venues, including Cisco Live and Oracle Communications Academy.

Raymond Ly

Raymond Ly is a recent college graduate whose goal is to grow his professional technical skills and experience on behalf of Bay Tech 360 customers.

With four years of specialized study in college as well as two summers of professional experience in the technology sector, Raymond brings a fresh perspective on the latest technology trends and knows what it takes to get the job done in IT.

With a background in IT and software development, Raymond has helped multiple individuals and organizations set up workstations and troubleshoot computer problems.

Raymond holds a BS in Computer Science from Clemson University.

Anthony Anderson
Chief Virtualization Engineer


Anthony Anderson is the Chief Virtualization Engineer at Bay Tech 360, Inc.

With more than 10 years of IT experience focused on servers and virtualization using Citrix, Anthony provides expertise in server deployment. Prior to joining Bay Tech 360, Anthony was the Chief Technology officer for IMSCAD Global, where he was responsible for designing and setting up Citrix XenApp for large Architectural firms in their utilization of Autodesk programs either on the Cloud or centrally on the XenApp server.

Anthony earned his computer science degree from London South Bank University.

Priyesh Champoyil
Remote Support Tech


Priyesh has over 4 years of experience starting his career with lease line networks for the banking sector.

He has worked for Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd. on providing Cisco router & lease line modem support for banks and insurance companies over 5 districts.

Since 2016 he worked for Bay Tech 360 on designing network diagrams, implementing software & troubleshooting network issues. Priyesh is specialized in Microsoft servers; he has achieved MCSA certification in Windows Server 2012. Priyesh is also familiar with Cisco routers, switches, Unified Communications, VMWare ESXI, and 3rd party tools.

Preveen Kumar, Bay Tech 360, Inc. Chief Network Engineer, has more than 14 years of IT experience with primary focus on VPN, and Cisco routers and switches.

Preveen’s wealth of experience includes 8 years during which he helped design and manage the 5600 user network for UC Davis Medical Center. Prior to his years with UC Davis Medical Center, Preveen operated an independent IT consultancy for 6 years.

Alan Yeung
Network Administrator and Field Technician


Alan Yeung brings his nearly 20 years of technology experience to solve the broad spectrum of IT challenges our clients face.

As a network administrator, he maintained and administered LAN & WAN for an international company, so he's adept and at home with international and proprietary EDI/XML transactions. He programs in a variety of languages and with numerous techniques including program generators.

He is proficient with Windows, Unix, and Linux servers plus desktops. Always increasing his knowledge and responsibility, Alan served for many years as IT lead primarily focused on designing & implementing IT redundancy infrastructure for multiple sites.

He provides Bay Tech 360 with IT desktop, network, ERP, and server support with his time and expertise well-balanced between in-house work and being in the field solving clients' IT challenges. Alan holds a degree in computer science.
